Beaumont Tiles is Australia's biggest retailer of tiles and bathroom ware with over 100 outlets across most states. Beaumont Tiles Gawler is a franchised store servicing trade, home builders and renovators.

Job tasks and responsibilities

As Retail Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles Gawler it will be your role to ensure customer satisfaction is high whilst also meeting sales targets set for your team. You will be assisting and inspiring customers with product selections, helpful advice and ensuring they have a positive outstanding experience every time. Your role will be dynamic, moving between showroom and warehouse which would involve loading and unloading deliveries and customer collections either manually or driving a forklift. You will constantly develop your industry knowledge so that you are a true expert in your field. You will work with the team in maintaining the overall appearance of the store and warehouse.

Skills and experience

-Previous experience in similar role involving face to face customer service

-Minimum 1-2 years of face-to-face customer service experience required

-Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

-Flair for design

-Ability to work well under pressure and multi task when necessary

-Technology savvy

-Ability to be able to measure customers plans

-Physical fitness for the loading and unloading of heavy products

-Must be capable of lifting up to 25kg as part of product handling duties

-Forklift licence will need to be obtained

-Forklift licence must be obtained within 3 months of employment

-Australian work rights are required for this position
