We are currently looking for a skilled Pizzaiola to join our team here at Flinders Street Wharves. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering exceptional woodfired pizzas to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Expertly preparing and cooking a variety of delicious woodfired pizzas using fresh, high-quality ingredients

Leading the pizza section, ensuring co-ordination with the kitchen .

Ensuring the consistent quality and presentation of all pizzas that leave the kitchen.

Maintaining a clean and organised workstation to deliver efficient service.

Collaborating with the kitchen team to provide outstanding customer experiences.

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
