About the role
We are looking for a Full-Time Chef de Partie to join our high performing kitchen team.
Responsibilities include:
Managing a section - food preparation, cooking and plating to standard
Compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Receiving deliveries and food storage/FIFO
Monitor and manage stock
Strong ability to work in a close team, handle pressure and manage section using experience
Skills and experience
At least 3 years of professional kitchen experience, strong knife skills, experience in Mediterranean / Italian cuisine. Be able to handle service pressure, guide junior team members and good communication.

FOR ALL BAR FUNCTIONS WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 20 PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE. (WE DO NOT RESERVE AREAS FOR LESS THAN 20 PEOPLE). OUR DECK AND COURTYARD SPACES HOLD 30 PEOPLE AND OUR INSIDE BAR SPACE CAN HOLD UP TO 80 PEOPLE.
ON SUNDAYS WE OFFER A SPACE FREE OF CHARGE FOR GROUPS ON A FIRST IN BEST DRESSED BASIS
ALL RESTAURANT GROUPS OF 11 -35 PEOPLE ARE REQUIRED TO GO ONTO A REDUCED A LA CARTE MENU OR A CHOICE SET MENU.
