What You’ll Be Doing:
A mix of clinical work, leadership, and service development. You’ll:

• Manage a paediatric-focused caseload (with some general speech clients), delivering assessments, therapy, and reports
• Meet realistic billable targets (4 hours/day for Team Leaders) with strong admin and business support
• Lead and mentor a team of Speech Pathologists across multiple locations, including onboarding, supervision, and performance feedback
• Oversee team KPIs (5 billable hours/day), help shape recruitment, and support service planning
• Drive improvements in clinical practice, service quality, and documentation processes
• Collaborate with senior leadership to grow speech services across centres and telehealth

What You’ll Need:

• Degree in Speech Pathology + SPA membership (CPSP)
• Strong clinical background with mixed and/or complex caseloads
• Proven leadership skills – mentoring, supervision, team development
• Excellent interpersonal skills – warm, clear, and professional
• Open driver’s licence + willingness to travel (approx. 2–4 times per year)
