Do you have an interest in disaster management?

This position will assist with the management of the Somerset Region disaster management functions by providing administrative, operational, and logistical assistance, supporting the development and implementation of preparedness plans, coordinating multi-agency initiatives and providing on-the-ground support during emergency and recovery efforts.

To be successful in the role, you will require:

Knowledge and understanding of disaster management principles and processes.

Ability to plan, prioritise and deal with competing demands.

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
