Key Responsibilities

 Prepare accurate shop drawings and fabrication details for aluminium window, door, and curtain wall systems.

 Work with V6 (Soft Tech) and CAD software to produce detailed facade documentation.

 Interpret architectural and engineering drawings for aluminium and glass facades.

 Provide accurate estimation and take-offs for various aluminium window systems and sections.

 Ensure compliance with Australian Standards, NCC (BCA), and company specifications.

 Liaise with project managers, engineers, and fabricators to ensure smooth project delivery.

Skills & Experience

 Minimum 1 year drafting experience in the facade, windows, or glazing industry.

 Proficiency in V6 (Soft Tech) and strong skills in AutoCAD (or similar CAD software).

 Knowledge of aluminium extrusions, glass specifications, and facade design principles.

 Strong attention to detail with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

 Estimation experience for aluminium window and curtain wall systems highly regarded.

 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
