talented Architectural Draftsperson to join our dynamic firm and contribute to our exciting

projects.

Position Summary:

The Draftsman is responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and plans that

accurately represent design specifications provided by architects, engineers, or project

leads. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and clarity of documentation

used for construction, fabrication, or installation purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

Some of the key duties include but not limited to:

Collaborating with architects and project managers to develop detailed architectural

drawings and plans.

Preparing technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for both residential and commercial projects.

Ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Assisting in the visualization of design concepts through 3D modelling and renderings.

Revising designs and plans based on client feedback or project changes.

Conducting site visits to assess project progress and gather information for design modifications.

Maintaining open communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Utilizing CAD software to produce detailed architectural plans and layouts efficiently.

Participating in team meetings to discuss project timelines and updates.

Qualifications:

At least a Bachelor degree level of qualifications

Proven experience as an Architectural Draftsperson, preferably within the commercial and residential construction sectors.

Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A keen eye for detail and a passion for architectural design.
