What We’re Looking For

Minimum 1 year of experience in aged care

Must have Cert 3 or 4

Experience working with Indigenous communities (highly desired)

Valid driver’s licence

Up-to-date Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening

Current COVID vaccinations

Strong communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and professional integrity

A genuine passion for aged care and community wellbeing

Your Responsibilities

Provide safe, person-centred care to residents

Assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and mobility support

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and local staff

Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans

Contribute to a supportive, team-focused environment
