We are seeking Casual and Permanent Part-Time Support Workers across all areas of our business, including:

Supported Independent Living (SIL)

Community Participation

Day Options & Group Programs

High-Needs & Behaviour Support

What we look for:
A caring and professional approach to supporting participants
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts (including evenings, weekends, and sleepovers where required)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Relevant qualifications or experience in disability support (desirable, but not essential for the right candidate)
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid & CPR, and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
A genuine commitment to supporting people to live their best lives
