2XM Recruit are seeking experienced Electricians for upcoming short-term shutdowns across FMG, Rio Tinto & BHP mine sites.
Current Project Opportunities
FMG – Anderson Point
- Mobilisation: 26th October
- Demobilisation: 5th November
Dayshift
- 4 x Electricians
- Mobilise: 26th Oct (AM) → 5th Nov (PM)
- Rate: $75 ph
Nightshift
- 5 x Electricians
- Mobilise: 26th Oct (PM) → 5th Nov (AM)
- Rate: $80 ph
BHP – Newman / Whaleback
- Mobilisation: Mid October
- Pay: Under EBA
Mandatory Requirements
- WA Electrical Licence
- Current Driver’s Licence
- First Aid (valid 3 years)
- LVR/CPR (valid 1 year)
- Working at Heights & Confined Spaces
- High Risk Licence – WP
- Basic Fire (valid 4 years)
- Gas Test Atmospheres
- White Card
- National Police Check
- FMG/BHP or RTIO Inductions (or willing to complete)
- Full working rights in Australia
- Ability to pass PEM & D&A screening
