The family friendly and food orientated venues are located within the Fremantle area offering a quality customer experience in comfort and style.

We’re currently seeking a Head Chef to lead the kitchen at SBH, our popular South Fremantle venue. This role is ideal for a skilled and motivated chef looking to advance their career in a leadership role. As part of a group supported by an Executive Chef and a hands-on operational team, you’ll have the backing to grow, innovate, and deliver consistently excellent food in a busy, well-established venue.

The successful candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

· Ordering of stock

· Wage %

· Cost %

· Stock take

· Rostering

· Training and mentoring of kitchen staff

· Meeting with industry stakeholders

· Revenue activity

· Menu development and execution

· Implementation of systems and standards

· Industry compliance

· Customer relations

The successful candidate ought to possess the following:

· Previous experience in a head chef role or ready to step up

· Tanda rostering experience (desirable)

· First Aid certificate (desirable)

· Microsoft Suite experience

· Valid driver’s license

· Valid work visa (if applicable)
