Our family-owned company is a significant force in the facility management services and is experiencing high growth in the maintenance division. We provide maintenance solutions to many commercial and residential clients including shopping centers, public spaces, offices and large commercial buildings. Our jobs can be as simple as changing a light globe, or as complex as building walls & large projects with multiple trades.

We are currently seeking a handyman/maintenance generalist to join our friendly team to attend to general repairs and maintenance works for our large and diverse portfolio of commercial clients located throughout metropolitan Melbourne. Our head office is located in Clayton, however we go where the works take us! Southeast Melbourne, CBD , North Melbourne, West Melbourne and occasionally even the Bellarine Peninsula.

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate and be;

- Hard working and reliable

- Be able to work with little supervision

- Exceptional customer service skills

- Experience with Simpro App (or a job management app)

- Proficient in the use of electronic devices

- Hold a full Victorian licence and own basic tools

- Legally able to work in Australia

- Relevant and proven commercial experience and qualifications preferred

- All-rounder with a wide range of repair and maintenance skills (Basic carpentry , general handyman , plastering/painting)

- Working with Children Check required

Monday-Friday – 7am-3pm (with the occasional late start depending on job requirement)
