About the Role:

NewWay Solutions is looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join one of our client's busy scaffolding yards in Glendenning, NSW. We are looking to hire 3x Forklift Operators and 5x Warehouse Staff. This role is perfect for someone who can handle hands-on labouring tasks, operate a Linde Joystick Counterbalance Forklift safely, and assist with warehouse operations, including returns and inventory management. What You'll Be Doing:

Safely operate a Linde Joystick Counterbalance Forklift (for forklift roles)

Assist with warehouse tasks, including handling returns and accurately counting stock for inventory (for warehouse roles)

Load and unload trucks, moving scaffolding materials around the yard

Perform manual handling and general yard labouring tasks

Organize and maintain stock efficiently

Follow WHS procedures and contribute to a safe work environment

What We're Looking For:

Current forklift licence (LF) – experience on Linde Joystick Counterbalance is essential (for forklift roles)

Previous experience in warehousing, scaffolding, or general labouring (desirable)

Physically fit and capable of manual handling

Reliable, punctual, and a true team player

Strong commitment to safety and quality

Australian work rights are required for this position

Shift Details:

Monday – Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Friday: 7:00am – 1:30pm (early finish)
