The Role
We are seeking a passionate Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join our team in either our Melbourne CBD or Dandenong office. In this role you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters within your areas of expertise (e.g., shareholder/company disputes, breach of contract, debt recovery, insolvency, defamation, insolvency). Experience in other commercial areas (e.g., business law, contract law, corporate law, civil litigation, real estate law, commercial leasing) will be advantageous.
What We're Looking For
Qualifications: LLB or JD, Victorian PC, admission to the SCV & HCA
Skills: Strong drafting, litigation, negotiation, and advocacy abilities
Traits: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and client-focused with excellent communication skills
