As Digital Learning Experience Designer, you’ll collaborate with video production experts to create interactive and impactful eLearning courses that genuinely make a difference to people’s lives.

A key part of your role will be creating engaging course content using a mix of media such as video, audio, simulations, and interactive elements with the support of subject matter experts to drive knowledge retention & user-friendly outcomes.

Your experience will be crucial in guiding course structure & working with graphic designers to visualize instructional content and apply evidence-based e-learning practices throughout. You’ll also manage content across multiple LMS and CMS platforms, maintain meticulous project documentation, and support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of our course library.

This is a hands-on role where your creativity and technical skills will directly shape the learning experience for thousands of care professionals.

The Role

· Design, develop and deliver interactive online courses using Articulate Storyline and Rise

· Craft courses that seamlessly integrate rich multimedia content—video, animation, simulations, and games

· Enhance learner engagement through thoughtful UX and instructional design

· Partner with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to bring topics to life

· Manage course builds, updates, and content libraries across LMS platforms

Experience

· A strong portfolio of eLearning design projects across varied audiences

· Deep expertise in Articulate Storyline, Rise, SCORM, and LMS tools

· Knowledge of HTML, xAPI, JavaScript, and plug-ins like Maestro

· Experience working across multiple LMS/CMS platforms

· Great eye for design, layout, and user experience

· Collaborative spirit, adaptability, and a drive to innovate

Salary package is negotiable, dependent upon experience.

Please note this is a full-time role with a minimum of 3 days per week in Belrose, Sydney. In-person collaboration is essential to the success of this role.
