About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist – Bullion Products to join our team in Sydney. This role requires a professional who can combine strong technical knowledge of bullion and investment markets with advanced sales and client relationship skills. Unlike a retail position, this role focuses on consultative selling, investment advisory, and business development with wholesale, high-net-worth, and institutional clients.

You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by advising clients on bullion investment strategies, promoting our portfolio of precious metal solutions, and building long-term commercial relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical advice and guidance to clients on bullion investment products (gold, silver, platinum) and their role within diversified portfolios.

Engage with wholesale investors, SMSFs, wealth managers, and corporate clients to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.

Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through targeted outreach, networking, and industry events.

Prepare and deliver presentations, investment briefs, and proposals to clients demonstrating the benefits of bullion as a hedge and store of value.

Support the execution of large or complex transactions, coordinating with logistics, vaulting, and compliance teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and global economic developments to provide timely insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Utilise CRM systems to manage client records, track opportunities, and report on sales activities.

Contribute to product development initiatives, providing market feedback to management to refine our bullion offerings.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a technical sales, financial services, or investment advisory role, ideally with exposure to commodities, bullion, or related sectors.

Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio diversification.

Excellent consultative selling and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and accessible way to a range of client types.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organisational skills, with attention to detail in documentation and compliance.

Eligibility to work in Australia (visa sponsorship available for the right candidate).

Relevant qualifications in business, finance, or commerce will be highly regarded.
