Role description

Are you passionate about leading a team and delivering excellent service? We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dinner Shift Leading Hand to supervise and coordinate our dinner service. In this role you will ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, maintain food safety standards and support your team to provide a high-quality dining experience.

This role is Monday to Friday 4pm - 8pm.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly regarded
• Strong communication & teamwork skills
• High level of computer skills
• The ability to liaise with unit managers and problem solve service outcomes
