CHEF POSITION – PRESTO EATERY, MOUNT GAMBIER

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE

38 hours across 7 days (weekends included)

Day time a la carte service & food preparation across two kitchens

Actively support the smooth running of the kitchens

Conference style catering

Maintaining food quality, consistency, portioning, and presentation to a professional standard

Adhering to food safety & hygiene regulations

Completing daily food safety records

This role is based at Presto Eatery in Mount Gambier, South Australia – a regional city located 5 hours from both Adelaide and Melbourne.

This is a salaried role. Hours may vary depending on trade.
