Tamborine Mountain Distillery – Gold Coast Hinterland

We're looking for someone outgoing, confident, and full of personality to join our team at Tamborine Mountain Distillery. This isn't just pouring drinks — you'll be welcoming guests, guiding tastings, sharing stories about our award-winning spirits, and creating memorable experiences in our beautiful tasting room.

This is a hands-on role. You'll spend most of your time in the tasting room, helping guests explore our products, running tastings, handling sales, and occasionally assisting at offsite markets/events.

This role is weekend only for now, with shifts between 10am–5pm. Occasional weekday shifts may become available in the future.

Please note: We're located about 1 hour from the Gold Coast. You'll need your own reliable transport and be comfortable driving up and down the mountain for each shift.

What You'll Be Doing:

Welcoming guests warmly and guiding them through tastings

Sharing knowledge and stories about our spirits and production

Keeping the tasting room clean, organised, and stocked

Assisting at markets, events, or other activities from time to time

Supporting some behind-the-scenes work during busy periods

What We're Looking For:

Some hospitality or tasting room experience preferred

Minimum 6 months hospitality, bar, or customer service experience preferred

Friendly, confident, and a natural communicator

Passionate about craft spirits and eager to learn

Weekend availability is a must

RSA certification required

Physically fit for standing and light lifting

Must have the right to work in Australia
