About the Role

We’re currently seeking experienced baristas to join our huge multi venue operations located at Gold Coast Airport. Working across six cafes, restaurants and bars we have Casual, Part Time or Full-Time basis depending on experience and availability. You will be supported by great leadership and work collaboratively with a team of friendly and skilled work colleagues. As an ideal candidate, you will be passionate about providing a memorable hospitality experience that embodies “the best part of the journey” for our customers.

What skills and experience are we looking for?

Have at least 1 year experience in working in a fast-paced hospitality environment (Bar, Restaurant or Coffee)

Strong understanding of Food and Beverage operations

A passion for hospitality and an eagerness to learn and develop barista skills

Willingness to learn coffee operations

Ability to work independently

Strong multi-taskers with a can-do attitude

Individuals with high problem-solving skills
