We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a dynamic industrial design consultancy, where you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment that values ownership, adaptability, and initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable
  • Manage cash flow and forecasting
  • Prepare monthly P&L reports and provide board-level financial insights
  • Coordinate payment runs
  • Support project administrators with invoicing

Requirements:

  • Experience in construction or a related industry is essential
  • Proficient in Xero and Excel
  • Skilled in working with external accountants and board-level reporting
  • Strong understanding of transactional finance and cash flow management
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing business environment
  • Practical, hands-on, and motivated to support both creative and operational teams
