How does a 4 day work week sound? 40 hours. 4 days - Fridays off - 3 day long weekend, every weekend? Providing a great work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities

As a General Production Worker, you will play an integral role in assisting our production line with tasks such as:

Constructing and assembling wall structures.

Installing exterior finishes, including checker plate.

Fitting doors, windows, hatches, air-conditioning units, and roof-mounted equipment.

Performing small fabrication tasks, including making plates, shims, and cutting stock pieces.

Installing one-piece floors and vinyl coverings.

Supporting various other building and construction duties as required.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: Prior experience in building or manufacturing environments is highly desirable.

Skills: Proficiency with hand and power tools, cutting equipment, and machinery.

Attitude: A willingness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Attention to Detail: Ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet high-quality standards.

No formal qualifications are required, but a strong practical skillset and reliability are a must and previous mechanical or workshop/facility experience is well regarded
