About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Finance Operations (FinOps) and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing enterprise-wide technology strategies that drive transformation across finance, supply chain, logistics, and retail operations.
The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in defining technology roadmaps, leading enterprise architecture practices, and delivering large-scale transformation programs, while ensuring strong alignment between IT and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide architecture strategies across Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Finance Technology roadmap, with emphasis on Oracle EBS modules (Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Supply Chain).
• Partner with Finance leadership to optimize FinOps capabilities including financial planning, reporting, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Chair and actively contribute to enterprise architecture governance forums, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex technical solutions into business-focused outcomes for senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Oversee architecture practices for critical enterprise programs, including ERP modernization, cloud transformation, and digital supply chain initiatives.
• Mentor and lead a team of multi-disciplinary architects, fostering a culture of innovation, knowledge-sharing, and delivery excellence.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, and architecture trade-off evaluations to guide investment decisions.
• Build strong vendor and partner relationships to shape product roadmaps and future capabilities.

Skills & Experience

• 7-10+ years in Enterprise & Solution Architecture within large, complex organizations.
• Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) including Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Proven experience in Finance Operations (FinOps) strategy and execution, with strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated success in leading enterprise transformation programs, particularly ERP and supply chain modernization.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and emerging technologies (AI/ML, SaaS platforms).
• Certifications in ITIL, SAFe, AWS Solution Architect or similar frameworks highly regarded.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing C-level executives and guiding strategic business/IT alignment.
