The Opportunity: Support Engineer – Level 2/3

A solid Level 3 engineer ready to lead and mentor, with extensive experience in a managed services environment.

Or a high-performing Level 2/ L2.5 who’s hungry for that next leap!

What You’ll Do

Own and resolve Level 2/3 escalations with confidence.

Deliver projects across Microsoft 365, Azure, infrastructure, and more;

Work closely with clients, guiding them through solutions and building trust.

Mentor junior engineers and share knowledge generously (If Level 3)

Contribute ideas to shape our services and processes as we grow.

What You’ll Bring

Proven and demonstrable Level 2/3 experience within an MSP or IT services environment.

Strong Microsoft 365, Azure, and infrastructure skills.

Solid understanding of networking, security, and virtualisation.

A problem-solving mindset—you stay calm under pressure and think on your feet.

A team-first, low-ego attitude with the energy to take initiative.
