Join Our Team: NDIS Support Worker

We're currently seeking team members to join us as NDIS Support Workers. In this role, you'll be responsible for offering personalised assistance and companionship to our clients, helping them navigate daily tasks in home along with daily living activities and enjoy a fulfilling life.

Here's what the job entails:

🏠 Providing 1:1 in-home support to clients, assisting with tasks such as meal preparation, household chores, and personal care. To be considered for this role, you must be comfortable with personal care, available for 6.30am starts.

🤝 Building meaningful relationships with clients based on trust, respect, and empathy.

🚗 Accompanying clients on outings and community access activities that align with their goals.

📋 Documenting client progress and communicating with the rest of the team to ensure coordinated care.

$ Casual position under the SCHADS award - home care stream.

What we're looking for:

🌟 A caring and compassionate nature, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact.

🗣️ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

🔍 Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet.

🚗 Candidate's with a valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

📄 Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or a related field (preferred but not essential).

You will also be paid for travel between supports (if completing 2 supports/day) including your time and km’s or if it is a broken shift you will paid a broken shift allowance

You will be paid weekly

12% superannuation

Access to our CRM system via your phone on an app to record case notes, view your roster, apply for leave etc
