As our highly valued Workforce Engagement Coordinator, you'll be responsible for bridging operational implementation and strategic planning within the Workforce Engagement Team. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, focusing on commissioning, evaluation, and project management activities.
This multifaceted role encompasses commissioning and evaluation of the services in our region, as well as day-to-day management of contracts. There is a large focus on external stakeholder relationships, engagement and promotional activities to improve health outcomes in our region. Additionally, we are seeking a candidate who can think strategically and develop innovative solutions for our existing programs.

What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience working in the primary healthcare industry, including working with Allied Health and/or General Practitioners (GPs).
Experience working with culturally diverse groups.
Demonstrated experience and/or an understanding of commissioning and contract management.
Ability to lead a project including development of business case, program planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
High level interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to consult, liaise, negotiate, and work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated skills in advocacy, community engagement and networking.
High level organisational skills including the capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a small team and collaborate with other internal portfolios.

Twelve-month contract with possible extension dependent on funding.
