·A structured routine, with variety built in – this role owns core finance admin: reconciliations, AP, AR, payroll support and BAS prep. As well as managing compliance & safety admin: policy updates, inductions, licence/insurer portal upkeep, record-keeping.

·Fast-paced environment – you’ll never be bored keeping platforms humming (Xero, Outlook, Excel, insurer and builder portals) and deadlines on track.
