As the Club Manager at Anytime Fitness Parramatta Central, you will oversee the daily operations of the gym, working closely with our Group in order to grow our newest club.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the club to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

Manage facility maintenance and address any issues promptly.

Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any member concerns or issues.

Develop and implement current member retention strategies.

Organise and promote member events and programs such as club challenges and social media content.

Achieve sales targets for memberships and other club targets.

Develop and execute local marketing campaigns and promotions.

Manage membership sales processes and follow up on leads.

Analyse performance metrics and create strategies to reach specific targets.

Ensure the club complies with all health and safety regulations.
