Live, ride, lead – and represent NEGS on national and international stages. NEGS is seeking a skilled and inspiring Head Coach to lead our respected and growing equestrian program. This is a unique opportunity to combine high-performance coaching, program leadership, and international travel - all within a supportive and well-resourced environment.

Your role:

Lead coaching across all levels and disciplines

Mentor and develop junior coaches and support staff

Oversee lesson planning, squad development & competition preparation

Foster a culture of safety, horse welfare and rider progression

Coordinate and attend local, state & national competitions

Travel internationally with NEGS riders and teams for select events and clinics

About you:

Accredited equestrian coaching certification (e.g., EA or equivalent from another country)

Proven coaching experience across varied skill levels

Strong leadership, mentoring & organisational skills

Flexible, team-orientated, and passionate about developing young talent

(Highly Regarded) MR licence, interest in sports psychology or holistic coaching
