Inspire Residential is a Brisbane-based renovation and extension company specialising in decks, extensions, carports, and full home transformations. We’re known for tidy worksites, quality workmanship, and variety — no two projects are ever the same. Most of our work is on the northside of Brisbane, within 20km of the CBD.

The Roles
We’re hiring for two positions:

🔨 Carpenter
Ideal for a qualified carpenter with renovation and extension experience who wants consistent work, a supportive team, and the chance to build new skills across a wide range of projects.

🪚 Leading Hand Carpenter
Perfect for an experienced carpenter ready to step up, run jobs, and coordinate trades. For the right person, this role can be a pathway towards obtaining your builder’s licence, or if you’re simply after a secure, full-time role with stability as a Carpenter of a Leading Hand, this is the role for you.

What We Offer

9-day fortnight (every second Friday off)

Paid for 80 hours per fortnight

A variety of projects – decks, extensions, kitchens, carports, and more

What We’re Looking For

Qualified carpenters with renovation/extension experience

Ability to read plans, work to a high standard, and liaise with trades

For Leading Hand: proven leadership skills, reliability, and good organisation
