Customer Success Manager – Salesforce ISV
Permanent – Sydney or Melbourne
$180,000 – $200,000 + Super
We are proudly partnering with a leading global Salesforce ISV partner as they look to add a Customer Success Manager to their rapidly growing APAC business.
In this role you’ll be acting as a strategic partner, working closely with enterprise customers to understand their challenges, streamline release processes, and help them drive adoption. From executing Quarterly Business Reviews through to building success plans and uncovering upsell opportunities, you’ll be trusted to guide customers towards maximising the value of their platform. This is a consultative role where your ability to ask the right questions, provide tailored advice, and build trusted relationships will have a direct impact on customer success.
Responsibilities:
· Partner with customers to drive adoption, manage complex releases, and minimise risk
· Deliver success plans, business reviews, and tailored recommendations to support customer goals
· Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and upsell potential through discovery and data insights
· Provide consultative advice across release management, compliance, and DevOps best practice
· Build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and advocacy
Experience:
· Salesforce background in Customer Success, Consulting, or technical solution delivery within SaaS environments
· Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
· Ability to advise on complex release processes and compliance requirements
· A consultative mindset with proven experience driving adoption and value realisation
· High emotional intelligence, accountability, and the confidence to influence stakeholders
