Troocoo - Senior or Principal Employee Relations Advisors (AO6/AO7)
Troocoo are supporting this leading Queensland Government department to appoint multiple Principal Employee Relations (ER) Advisors AO7. This role is commencing ASAP for an initial 3 - 6 month contract, supporting the wider HR team and organisation.

• $85.31 per hour + super – agency contractor
• Central Brisbane CBD location
• Initial 3 – 6 month contracts – starting ASAP

Your new role:
As the Principal Employee Relations Advisor, you will be the go-to expert in the team for complex workplace matters. You will:

• Lead end-to-end case management of employee concerns, performance issues, and conduct matters.
• Provide high-quality advice, submissions, and briefings to support informed and fair decision-making.
• Recommend and implement practical, evidence-based actions to resolve sensitive and challenging cases.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, supporting them to navigate people challenges with confidence.

This role sits within a high-performing, collaborative HR function, where you will work closely with the Manager, Human Resources.

About you:
We’re seeking an experienced ER professional who brings:

• Previous Government experience is essential.
• Strong background in complex case management
• Confidence engaging senior leaders with trusted, pragmatic advice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.
