Occupational Therapist – Mobile and Clinic-based

• $80k - $120k + Super
• Gold Coast & South Brisbane (Mobile + Office + WFH)
• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Pick your own caseload – adults, paeds or mixed

About the role:

They are now seeking an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join their team, serving participants across the Gold Coast and South Brisbane. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, you’ll be supported by two senior OTs with over 15 years of combined experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver person-centred, evidence-based OT services to NDIS and community clients
• Complete functional, sensory and psychosocial assessments
• Develop and implement tailored therapy plans focused on independence and participation
• Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other professionals
• Manage your own calendar and caseload
• Maintain timely and clear documentation

Selection Criteria:

• A degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor or Masters)
• Current AHPRA registration
• Professional indemnity insurance
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Knowledge of NDIS and person-centred practice
• Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
