Job Profile

The Technical Integration Director leads the planning, execution, and oversight of all technical re-integrations within the Lotterywest operating environment and all data migration activities for the GSR Project. This role ensures seamless interoperability between the new integrated solution and existing digital systems and key integration points. The role manages data integrity throughout the data conversion and migration process, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a successful system transition with minimal disruption.

About you, we're looking for someone with;

Proven leadership and strong track record in successfully delivering enterprise-scale system integrations and complex data migrations in regulated environments.

Strong knowledge of solution architecture, platform implementation, and middleware technologies preferably in online transaction processing systems and environments.

Highly developed strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable technology strategies and resolve complex technical and delivery challenges.

High level experience leading and managing teams with a diverse range of responsibilities and proven record of fostering a culture of high performance.

High level experience developing and managing relationships with internal and external customers, business partners and stakeholders.

High level communication skills including the ability to build trust and influence organisational leaders.
