Support Coordinator & Psychosocial Recovery Coach

The Role We’re seeking two motivated team members to join as Support Coordinators & Psychosocial Recovery Coaches.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with participants to implement their NDIS plans
• Connect them with mainstream, community, and specialist supports
• Develop recovery plans that are strengths-based and goal-focused
• Support participants to overcome challenges and build skills for independence
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and billable targets are met (65% per day)

About You You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

• Qualified with a Certificate IV or Diploma (community services, mental health, or related field)
• Experienced in disability or mental health, with knowledge of the NDIS
• Strong in communication, advocacy, and problem-solving
