Makibe Australia are currently looking for a Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Preston's:

What You’ll Be Doing

Assisting customers with sales and product enquiries (phone, email, and in-branch)

Preparing quotes and supporting the sales team

Coordinating transport and national distribution

Working with interstate branches to fulfil orders

Supporting the showroom – greeting customers and answering calls

Developing your role in line with your skills and career goals

What We’re Looking For

Previous industrial sales experience (ideal, but not essential for the right person)

Professional communication skills – in person, over the phone, and by email

Computer literacy (Excel & Outlook) and good numeracy skills

A positive, “can-do” attitude and ability to multi-task in a busy environment

Current driver’s license and full work rights in Australia

Bonus Points For:

MYOB experience

Forklift license

Knowledge of racking/shelving products

Enthusiasm to learn and contribute to a close-knit team
