THE ROLE
Join Our Award-Winning Youth Theatre Team!
The Parks Theatre is on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Program Coordinator to help lead our multi award-winning Parks Youth Theatre Program and support a range of exciting in-house productions. We’re seeking someone who:
Has experience working with young people in creative or educational settings
Brings a strong background in the performing arts—especially musical theatre or dance
Is passionate about nurturing emerging talent and creating vibrant, inclusive theatre
experiences
Availability Requirements:
Tuesday evenings during school terms
Sundays during Terms 1 & 3
Flexible hours outside of these times
Increased availability during school holidays is a plus
This is a part-time role (approximately 2 days per week) with room to grow. If you’re enthusiastic, collaborative, and ready to make a meaningful impact through the arts, we’d love to hear from you!

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Our ideal candidate will have, or be willing to obtain the following qualifications:
(HLTAID0011) Provide First Aid or equivalent
(HLTAID009) Provide CPR or equivalent
RRHAN-EC Masterclass – Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect – Education & Care.
(SITHFAB02) Provide responsible service of alcohol (Desirable)
