Your Role
This is a strategic, hands-on sales role where you will own your territory and drive high-value opportunities:
• Identify and pursue new business across the architectural, construction, and manufacturing sectors.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from discovery and solution design to closing and post-sale support.
• Build strong relationships with builders, architects, facade engineers, procurement managers etc.
• Collaborate with our technical and operations teams to deliver tailored glass solutions.
• Represent Novatec Glass with confidence, professionalism, and deep product knowledge.
• Provide market insights and contribute to our aggressive growth strategy.

You Bring
· Proven experience in Glass and Facade sales
· Knowledge of Australian Standards (AS 1288, AS/NZS 2208, etc.) and energy performance metrics
· Practical understanding of glass applications and installation methods
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Commercial awareness with a focus on value-driven selling
· A current driver’s license
