Join Our Team as a Storeperson – Kewdale, WA

Challenge Pumps is a leading mine dewatering company, trusted across the underground mining sector. As a best-in-class operator, we deliver proven solutions to keep mining operations running smoothly. We're looking for a reliable and motivated Storeperson to join our Kewdale team and support our growing operations.

This is a hands-on role reporting directly to the Service Manager, working alongside our team of experienced Storemen to ensure the safe and efficient handling of all inbound and outbound freight. You'll play a key part in keeping our workshop and dewatering systems assembly process running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely handle all on-site parts and products in line with safe work practices.

Check and process stock via our online system.

Shelve spare parts, verify quantities, and record quality checks.

Assist with inventory management and stock control.

Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the warehouse and yard.

Pick and pack stock for dispatch, ensuring accuracy in labelling and records.

Communicate effectively with clients, freight companies, and the Service Manager to keep operations running smoothly.

About You:
We're seeking someone who can work independently while also being a dependable team player. You'll bring problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

You'll have:

Experience in a warehouse or similar environment – advantageous.

A current forklift licence and full driver's licence.

HR licence – advantageous.

Strong data entry and organisational skills.

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Physical fitness, a strong safety mindset, and good housekeeping habits.

A proactive and self-motivated attitude.

Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol testing, and police checks.
