Key responsibilities include

The successful planning and delivery of their academic program

The provision of pastoral care and to nurture the wellbeing of their students

Facilitate effective learning underpinned by the curriculum and learning framework of the college

Support students' individual learning needs

Selection Criteria

Successful teaching experience and understanding of the Australian Curriculum

Ability and willingness to contribute to the development and design of quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs

Ability to engage in supporting the well-being of students

Demonstration of effective communication and collaboration with students, parents and staff

Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a team environment

Relevant qualifications and QCT registration or the ability to obtain one before commencement

Be fully supportive of the Islamic ethos, values and practices of the College

The Islamic College of Brisbane (ICB) is a Prep to Year 12 co-educational, independent growing school, located on the southern outskirts of Brisbane in the suburb of Karawatha located in the South East Queensland region.
