We are seeking a highly skilled Offensive Security Lead to drive proactive security initiatives across IT and OT environments. Key Responsibilities

• Lead offensive security operations: penetration testing, red teaming, adversary simulation, and vulnerability assessments.
• Architect and advise on secure solutions across complex IT and OT environments.
• Partner with engineering and operations teams to embed security into design and deployment.
• Develop threat models and attack surface analysis for critical systems.
• Provide strategic input into security governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Mentor junior staff and uplift capability across the function.
• Contribute to incident response with offensive insights and lessons learned.
• Support executive-level reporting and roadmaps toward future leadership positions.

Skills & Experience

• Proven background in offensive security, including red teaming and ethical hacking.
• Strong technical knowledge across cloud (AWS, Azure, Microsoft 365) and modern enterprise architectures.
• Hands-on experience with offensive tools (Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite, BloodHound, custom scripts).
• Ability to translate technical findings into business risk and communicate at all levels.
• Experience embedding security into DevOps/DevSecOps pipelines.
• Minimum 5 years in information security, with at least 2 years in offensive security for IT and OT environments.
• Relevant certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSEP, CRTO highly regarded.
