BYRONS is expanding our Finance Broking division! We are looking for an ambitious driven lending adviser to join our team based in the CBD.
At BYRONS Lending, you’ll work closely with our Partner to grow a thriving division, supported by internal and external referral opportunities, receive MFAA-endorsed mentoring from one of Australia’s top brokers, and the backing of one of Sydney’s most established advisory firms. Who You Are
Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma expected within 6–12 months if not already completed).
At least 2 years’ sales experience (lending background preferred but not essential).
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to build something meaningful.
Organised, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a high-volume environment.
Strong communicator with the ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships
