Product Consultant

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a customer-focused Product Consultant to join their established and growing team. Our client is a trusted innovator in indoor and outdoor blinds and awnings, with a strong reputation for delivering quality, style, and reliability to both residential and commercial markets.

The Opportunity

• Customer Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored product solutions.
• Product Expertise: Showcase a wide range of innovative blinds and awnings, guiding customers through features, benefits, and installation options.
• Sales Growth: Drive revenue by converting enquiries into sales and following up on leads.
• Collaboration: Work with the wider team to deliver exceptional service and ensure project timelines are met.
• Training & Support: Access ongoing training to build your knowledge and expertise in the product range.

About You

• Previous experience in consultative sales or customer service, ideally within home improvement, interiors, or related industries.
• A strong communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly and confidently.
• An eye for design, with the ability to translate customer needs into practical and stylish solutions.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365; CRM experience highly regarded.
• Current Driver’s Licence.
