Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 + Super + Uncapped $20,000 Bonus at 100% Target
Join The Skin Boutique, a premium skin & laser clinic group with 12+ years of industry excellence. We’re looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead our thriving Mt Eliza clinic and take it to the next level.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop a high-performing team.
Oversee daily clinic operations, scheduling & stock.
Drive revenue growth with smart sales & marketing strategies.
Ensure clients receive a 5-star experience every visit.
Maintain compliance with industry standards.
What We’re Looking For
Proven management experience in a skin/beauty/laser clinic (essential).
Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Bachelor of Dermal Science (preferred).
Strong leadership, organisation & communication skills.
Passion for skin, beauty & client care.
