Protech are seeking the services of Qualified Painters to join the government aligned Qbuild in Townsville. Reporting to the Painting Foreperson you’ll play a key role in refurbishing schools, public facilities, social housing and various projects throughout the region.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Painting qualification (Certificate III in Painting and Decorating)
- Experience in surface preparation, finishing techniques, and coatings
- A commitment to workplace safety and high-quality craftsmanship
- A willingness to use digital tools (yes, even painters need to check emails!)
- A passion for mentoring apprentices and passing on your skills
Pay rate for the Painting position will be: $54.35
Must have a driver licence
Must be able to pass D&A testing
