About the role

We are seeking an experienced Painter and/or Leading hand to join our team at Entire Group Australia's Brisbane office. This full-time position will involve providing high-quality painting services and leading a team of painters to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards. The role is based in our Brisbane office, located in the CBD. For the right candidate, a vehicle with fuel card will be provided.

What you'll be doing

Performing a range of painting tasks including surface preparation, applying paint, and finishing work

Overseeing a team of painters and coordinating their work to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification

Providing guidance and mentorship to junior painters to develop their skills

Liaising with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their satisfaction with the finished work

Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

Providing input into job planning and cost estimation

What we're looking for

Extensive experience as a Painter, with a minimum of 5 years' demonstrated experience

Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

Strong communication and customer service skills

A keen eye for colour and design

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in painting and decorating
