About the Role
As a Mixer/Batcher, you will play a critical role in our manufacturing process. This role requires precision, accountability, and the ability to adapt quickly to production demands. You will be responsible for the preparation and processing of chemical batches, equipment sanitation, and strict adherence to formulation and safety protocols.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and processing batches to exact specifications under GMP standards
• Sanitising and setting up the right equipment for each job
• Checking and verifying materials before use
• Staying ahead by pre-checking jobs and planning your workflow
• Keeping a clean, compliant work area
• Accurately completing all paperwork and production records
• Working closely with leadership to keep schedules on track
• Monitoring expiry dates and escalating any concerns

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of experience in blending, batching, or compounding role
• Experience with cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or chemical processing is highly desirable
• Prior exposure to GMP or ISO quality management systems
• A sharp eye for detail, solid communication, and a team-first attitude
• Someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to hit the ground running
