• Food Manufacturing Business operating a 24/5 site; role based near Liverpool
• Hands on relaiblity engineer with experience with CMMS (ideally Mex)
• Report directly to the Site Engineering Manager

The business

The business is a food manufacturing operation running an advanced facility in Liverpool. The business has invested heavily in state of the art automation over the last few years and requires a Reliability Engineer on site.

The Role

With exposure across the site running 15 + distinct processes you will be repsonsible for equipment effectiveness and relaiblity engineering. Specifically you will:

• Schedule preventative, predictive and scheduled maintenance work plans and project work on site
• Schedule maintenance labour, including external contractor utilising MEX
• Control and order spare parts inventory, machine consumable and tooling
• Working closely with the Engineering & Production teams to lead all preventative maintenance projects
• Drive continuous improvement across existing lines

About You

You are a proven Reliability Engineer with your experience gained from food, pharmaceutical or beverage manufacturing. You will hold experience with a CMMS (ideally MEX) and be able to evidence having led relaibility projects in a mutli line processing facility. Your technical experience is backed up by a relevant tertiary qualification.

Salary

Circa $130,000 + Super
