The Role

This leadership role oversees all aspects of our electrical metering operations. As Operations Manager, you will guide a team of electricians and an administrative support group, ensuring efficient workflows, safety, and quality service delivery. You will drive performance, maintain compliance, and support a positive, results-focused team culture within a reputable and growing business

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support field and office teams to deliver quality outcomes and strong client satisfaction

Oversee scheduling, job planning, resource coordination and operational efficiency

Drive safety, compliance & operational best practice standards across all activities

Monitor performance, implement improvements and manage reporting and budgeting

Identify growth opportunities and support business development initiatives

About You

We’re looking for a motivated and experienced operations leader who brings:

A strong background in managing trade-based or field service teams (electrical industry experience highly regarded)

Excellent organisational and leadership skills

The ability to manage both field and office staff effectively

A focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
