Your new role:
As our Indigenous Mentor, you'll be the guiding force behind apprentices and employers by:
Providing exceptional mentoring and tailored support to apprentices throughout their learning journey
Building meaningful relationships with both apprentices and employers, ensuring strong outcomes
Managing your own caseload of clients, offering personalised guidance and problem-solving support
Monitoring apprentice progress and providing timely interventions when needed
Working within the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services framework to deliver enhanced support services
Driving apprentices from day one, increasing completion rates and positive outcomes for apprentices

What's in it for you:
Competitive Package: $76,125 – $88,305 per annum
Motor Vehicle Contribution is $5,500 annually (before-tax)
Bonus: Company vehicle for work AND personal use (fuel, insurance, and maintenance all covered!)
